i finally got a new scanner. THIS is the way it's SUPPOSED to look! the difference is so huge, i'm going to have this repost.
i've been scraping along, taking photos but my hands shake cause of some meds i take and works like this are pretty much impossible for me to shoot and not have them shaky.

so....here it is...as it should be...
